Soft skills vs Hard skills

a. What are the differences between hard and soft skills? Soft skills are the values and attitudes related to emotional intelligence. They are acquired through contact with other people, your personality and behavior with others is important in your work. Soft skills accompany your professional experience as in positions of responsibility and management. Hard skills are the skills and knowledge that you acquire in an educational institution and in study experiences, are skills like memory, logic and languages. These hard skills are often listed in your cover letter and on your resume and are easy for an employer or recruiter to recognize.

b. What is the importance of developing soft and hard skills in your career? In my career Environmental technology, green technology or clean technology is one that is used without damaging the environment, the application of environmental science to conserve the natural environment and resources, and curb the negative impacts of human involvement. That is why hard skills are important because they help you perform job tasks correctly with your knowledge and soft skills are important because they help you relate to other people, solve problems and work as a team.

According to your professional field, which skills are necessary to develop?

 Control discharges resulting from production processes and operations.  Control of production processes and operations in accordance with established environmental regulations.  Know How to Evaluate the environmental impact of activities, products and services in accordance with the regulations.  Structure environmental management systems following environmental regulations.  Know How to organize environmental education plans in accordance with the established requirements.  Know how to audit the microorganism application system in environmental decontamination processes, environmental management, applying the established procedure. 

Know how to treat solid waste based on current technical environmental parameters....
