Ideology I think is the set of ideas and principles that go into a person that helped define their worldview. Hip-hop is like any other genre of music. Of course, it has various levels, stages, and styles of music. Intertextually basically representing a kind of emotional. I cannot escape of textuality. Also, all the songs in hip-hop are transmitting a message, and the community is involved. Hip-hop is the overall music genre and culture and art form that includes singing, dancing and other aspects. I got confuse about rap and hip-hop, but I think that hip-hop doesn’t need to have any rap in it to be consider hip-hop. I feel like the impact of hip-hop music it is very strong. People agree and disagree with hip-hop, there are many who contend it nothing more than against hip-hop. However, there are other who are not agree with them a basically consider hip hop to be a voice of the community. Hip-hop is connecting with religions and music has always played a central role in beliefs, serving as a voice for people’s emotions, and feelings, and expressions. I think that the biggest impact that hip-hop music has is its ability to bring people together. -Awareness, decision about the sort of music one wishes to consume

Once again, hip hop is not inherently problematic, but the current conditions of media consumption drive its violence and racism. I think that Perry’s interrogation of hip-hop is largely oriented towards rhetoric and I think that relates to understanding of gender. Hip-hop tended to get a little more attention in comparison to the other genres of music. I would like to highlight that lyrics seemed to be more violently partially because of the environment. Also, critics of hip-hop tended to interpret lyrics literally base on whatever they heard through the speakers.
