Therefore, it establishes a public sphere based on a historical context. Habermas who was able to overcome the limitations of public opinion. Two factors that play an important role are: advertising and the ability to transform ideas. The purpose of Habermas was to contribute to the Black Public Sphere Project. Through their ideas and endorsements, groups emerged for example "The Black Public Sphere Collective" which was a model of a group of blacks who contributed to the expansion of ideas about Habermas public sphere, these ideas were expanded through magazines halls, street talks, newspaper, music, radio programs, and voices in the churches. The black sphere gradually became more important and more influential, which intellectuals can unite with the energies of the street, school, church and this caused a very important space in the United States.

The legacy of the culture of Hip Hop has the objective of highlighting with the black participation in the public sphere of the United States. The black community is claiming control of the look of the people, in other words they guide to be heard, maintain a presence in the public sphere, fight hard and draw attention through their skills.

I think about the determination Jurgen Habermas had to start and contribute to a transformation of the public sphere. I feel that despite all the negative Habermas is a man with a great mental strength, with the ability to convince his ideas. Habermas was gradually advancing his ideas of overcoming, Habermas wanted to be heard and that his message was delivered. It was so much his conviction and his selfconfidence that gave other people an idea of change. Little by little, through a group called "The Black Public Sphere Collective," the people were believing that they could be considered by society. The influence that Habermas had was essential for the contribution of being heard by society.

At this point Habermas knew how complicated a transformation of ideas in the Society is. Little by little, the voices of the representatives expanded through different media. Of course, this was a positive impact for the black community. I feel that Habermas presented his Project extraordinarily well, having knowledge of its advantages and disadvantages. Hip Hop and black culture are full of wealth, the goal I feel that the black community is claiming something that belongs to them. They want to be part of society and be heard.

Representation of Hip Hop and Black women involved in hip hop culture the history of exclamation "For centuries black people themselves were a commodity, and they provided much of the labor that built the country”.

The phenomenon of the voice of Black women through hip hop, and the impact of women both in hip hop culture and the public sphere in general. As Nancy Fraser writes in justice Interruptus, "in order for a theory of the public sphere to be adequate it must encompass the multiplicity of public sphere that exist". It cannot be limited to a single model.

Something very important, before the explosion of the Hip Hop Black Panther Party functioned as a counter public sphere in the United States, in which the representation show was used in the largest public sphere in the United States to capture national attention and claim a public voice. Black Panther use the show and the performance with a social and political objective.

Representation of women of the lower class, the representative and respectable public image of public femininity was created. When women used actions in the public sphere in a certain way, they raised their race. It helps fight the images of black femininity.

Representative publicity increased, the influence of women and their dedication to work raised the feminist voice.

The intention of the black community was to make itself known. They were achieving it based on effort and dedication. I think about how difficult it was for these people to fight against all negative opinions. The public sphere was the main reason for making itself known to the world. Little by little, the voice of the black community expanded. This was not liked by white people who were against the ideology of black people and culture.

The women got involved and represented their community, showing their understanding abilities to society. Black women were not very important in the black community but that changed completely. Before, the image of man was the only one it represented. Women play a role in order to understand the difficulty of making a radical change in the perspective of other people, it is necessary to know certain aspects. The history of slavery and the ideology of the black race.

The impact of women's voice impressive. The public theory did not adapt only to one model, it became a diversity. On the other hand, the general impact on the United States, the eyes were on the black race and what they were doing. The black community was fighting for their rights, personal, social and political.

At this point black women played a very important role; the black community is an exceptionally unique and privileged race for their traditions. The black community showed that they had skills to be considered by society, they wanted the United States to listening to them. The fear of blackness spread throughout the country. Rap music and Hip-Hop culture carry elements of spectacle and representation at higher levels in the American public sphere larger than many aspects of black public culture in the past.

The voice of young blacks, a youth culture, that increased youth visibility to blacks. The Hip-Hop generation has captured the American imagination and that of the world.

Rappers bring problems and concerns, through their letters to public attention. The show is limited because it works only while the group that tries to impact the public sphere controls the look. A timeline for the public sphere that begins after slavery. Gain public voice and maintain public power, an extension or a larger version.

Hip Hop is a complex art, which is based on the representation of community needs. Through Hip Hop they can express their ideas and what they feel. For example: claim your rights as people. Hip Hop was impacting in the United States as its transmitted nostalgia and love to people. Concluding that the public sphere was the hope of the black community. The legacy of black culture for new generations. The voice of young people for the benefit of the community through work. I feel that the black community has the ability to never give up....
