Answer:
When there is a difference in understanding between individuals over any decision that is perceived to impact an outcome it gives rise to a situation termed as conflict[ CITATION Lan19 \l 1033 ]. The source of such conflicts may vary depending on the situation in which the conflict arises. However, management of the conflict is guided by five conflict-handling strategies.
