The Phoenix International and Magnum Corporation have been working together towards the success over many years. With the new unique training project for your organisation, our team is really excited and is working hard on the project. The Phoenix International will always be thankful to Magnum Corporation for trusting and providing wonderful opportunities over the years and we will make sure you always keep our business relationship healthy and grow together. The team is working on the training program as per the new requirements by your end. The training program had changes made at every check point and we are making sure that we accommodate each and every change and deliver the program as per your needs and requirements. The new program has mobile training and online training components, which we are working on for making the program compatible which such components. The training program has to undergo testing in order to run smoothly for the person delivering the training as well as the one receiving it. The way new changes had been made in the training program, it is very difficult to meet the deadline provided by you with ensuring effective and efficient roll-out of the program. We do understand that Magnum Corporation will never compromise with the set deadline but with the laid changes in the project it is impossible for us to meet the deadline. The process has to undergo testing and has to be experimented for effective and flawless roll-out. It is impossible to incorporate the new requirement without compromising the fixed deadline set by you. I would like you to grant us the extension for the roll-out by a month’s time. We are working hard on the project without wasting any time. The other solution is rolling out the training program in installments. The main feature of the program can be rolled out on the same day followed by the other small features which will be introduced within a week’s time. We have already put all our resources to work and if you still want all the features on the given deadline date, I would request you to revise the project cost so

that we could get more resources to work on the project. Getting more manpower will help us to get the project completed with all the new changes right on time.
