List at least 3 qualitative attributes of outdoor sporting goods about which they might want to ask consumers. Make sure at least 1 of them is nominal.

Qualitative is related to measuring that is non numerical. It is collected through methods of observation, one to one interview and ways of collecting information without using numbers. There are three qualitative attributes of outdoor sporting goods that are asked to consumers. 1) Are the consumer satisfied with the quality of the products outdoor sporting goods offer? 2) What is their gender? 3)



For each attribute that is ordinal, assign names for the endpoints of a 5 point rating scale.

Being bias is prejudice in favor of or against one thig, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair. When you are researching, you are looking into study of materials to establish facts when investigating for a new conclusion. To avoid bias in a research you can use multiple people, review findings with peers because they will be able to identify things in your argument that need to be addressed, others can also get other data to confirm your finding. Research is about facts and not what an individual want to share on certain topics and not giving the full information about that topic. If bias takes over in a research you will miss the entire point of the research because you would think you have the results and you will only have half if the work that is needed....
