Chicago is known around the world for being a top tourist spot in the United States. Chicago recorded 57.6 million visitors in 2018, which is the highest in Chicago history. Choose Chicago is the official tourism organization for the city. This new organization launched in January 2012. The vision for this organization was to re structure all tourism sales and marketing activities under a single, streamlined agency. If you're a tourist, you've definitely heard of Trip Advisor before. I believe this source is useful when coming up with any changes to Chicago because these reviews are from real people who have just traveled to Chicago and typically give their likes and dislikes of certain aspects of tourism. This will be helpful for me when coming up with some new suggestions to attract more people to Chicago, Il. Trip Advisor can't always be reliable as everyone has different opinions and expectations, but it certainly is a helpful tool to use while traveling.

These are all valid points in which I'll have to consider when looking into a future plan for Chicago.
