INTRODUCTION In any company, the job of leader is critical. A method through which an executive may manage, guide, and influence the behaviour and work of others in order to achieve certain goals in a given circumstance is known as leadership. They must be able to comprehend and predict what will occur in the future. My favourite leader is Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor. One of the reasons I chose Neelofa as a leader who inspires me is because of her hard work and commitment to attain her goals. According to Neelofa, joining the demand market at the appropriate moment is a significant component of her success. Her firm began when market demand was great, and thanks to her hard work, she has been able to keep it going to this day. The business will always have ups and downs, even if it is a success storey. Based on her accomplishments, I can infer that she is a diligent individual who is committed to her goals. Next, Neelofa's feature leaders are imaginative and inventive. One of the reasons she started her business line is because she wears a hijab and wants to look stylish and trendy (hijab). She designed a lid not only for her own advantage, but also for the wearers to appear more attractive and beautiful while wearing a hijab or headscarf. Back in the day, there were only a few lid designs on the market, and hijab wearers had to spend a lot of time setting it up. As a result, Neelofa came up with the concept of creating a lovely scarf that is fashionable and easy to wear everywhere. Her lid collection scarf is a quick shawl with a beautiful and distinctive pattern. Many people are interested in the style that is tailored to the needs of the young. Neelofa also places a premium on the quality and purity of its scarves, ensuring that customers are comfortable while wearing them. Its items are now being shipped to Turkey, Japan, the United States, and other nations across the world.

EARLY LIFE Noor Neelofa binti Mohd Noor was born in Pasir Mas, Kelantan, on February 10, 1989, and was the third child of the nine brothers and sisters. She inherited her mother's beauty, who has Pakistani, Arabic and Malay descent. Her father, Mohd Noor while her mother, Datin Noor Kartini. Earlier, Datin Noor Kartini was married to Mohd Noor, but the relationship did not last long and ended in divorce. Datin Kartini later returned as the wife of Datuk Abdul Halim Khan Lall Khan, Neelofa's stepfather. The name ‘Niloufar,' which means lotus blossom, inspired Neelofa, who is affectionately known as Lofa by her family.

EDUCATION Since her school days, Neelofa has been a brilliant girl in addition to being gorgeous and beautiful. Neelofa resumed her education at secondary school, Maktab Rendah Sains Mara (MRSM) Langkawi, where she had great results in UPSR (primary school test), scoring 5A. She subsequently earned all A subjects in both PMR and SPM examinations, scoring 8A and 10A respectively. She studied and did A Levels at KDU University College for two years after graduation (June 2007 - June 2009). Her ambition was to continue her education in the United States, but her family was opposed to her plan. Neelofa then went on to Sunway University College Selangor to earn a Bachelor’s Degree, International Business & Marketing. She did not finish her degree since she was competing in the Dewi Remaja beauty queen competition at the same time, and she won the title of Dewi Remaja 2009/10, which was organised by the Malaysian teen magazine Remaja.

CAREER Neelofa initially made her public debut in 2009 as Malaysia's Dewi Remaja (Miss Teen) with a unique personality. People still denied her accomplishments, and, like other Dewi before her, they faded away. However, due of her daring activities in the entertainment business, Neelofa successfully transformed from Dewi Remaja to a high-class personality with her own style and became an idol of her fans. In 2010, she began a serious career in the entertainment sector. She went on to become an actor, a television programme host, a public personality, a model, and an entrepreneur after that. She had never stopped performing, motivating others to reach the same heights as her - the business enterprise. Her bright future became clear when she was acknowledged as an ambassador and management team by several major businesses, like AirAsia, Swarovski, and Lancome. Her own line of hijabs and accessories is aimed at fashionable young Muslim ladies. The market was not limited to Malaysia; it had already spread to Indonesia, Brunei, Australia, Dubai, and Europe. Aside from the well-known Naelofar Hijab, the company began to diversify, adding Lofalens contact lenses, Baeutea Slim pills, Bellavita, and other health and cosmetic goods. She just broke into the Muslim fashion and trends sector in Europe and America. She launched her own brand, Lofarbag, in collaboration with Zalora, as well as beauty cosmetics such as the "Young & Glow" foundation and its product lines. Her current company growth, Lofarbag, a cooperation with a major player in the internet sector, Zalora, demonstrates her marketing tenacity. Despite her many scandals and controversies, Neelofa is regarded as one of the most successful celebrities.

PERSONAL LIFE According to Harian Metro, television personality and actress Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor considers her grandfather's death a "big loss." She characterised Noor Mohamed as the one who taught her about life, love, compassion, and the significance of family on Instagram. “Abah, you

left us, my heart is broken and a part of me left with you. “You taught me so many things about life, love, kindness, about family, everything. “You were one of the people I look forward to meeting whenever I went back to Kelantan,” Neelofa wrote in an Instagram post that featured a video and photo with the dead, Noor Mohamed. On 15 October 2020, Neelofa appears in purdah or niqab. She confirmed this in a brief post on Instagram, and she asked everyone to pray for her new journey to be filled with Allah's favour and pleasure. She married Haris Ismail, a televangelist and actor, six years her younger, on March 27, 2021.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION This millennium, it was not uncommon to witness young people, even hijabers (women who cover their heads), adoring their renowned celebrity Neelofa. She has received several awards in the entertainment sector as well as the beauty and fashion industries. She rose to prominence after competing in the Dewi Remaja beauty pageant and winning the Dewi Remaja 2009/10 title, which was organised by the Malaysian teen magazine, Remaja. In April 2012, Neelofa was named as one of the Young Biz Icons for the Oxford Centre of Excellence, with Nazim Othman, Fizo Omar, Zoey Rahman, Intan Ladyana, and Aiman Hakim Ridza (Oxcell). “The appointment of six icons was based on academic excellence and professional growth in the arts,” according to Oxcell. For the 29th edition of the Anugerah Bintang Popular, Berita Harian, she once held the Most Popular Star trophy, demonstrating that her name is well-known in all sectors of life. Neelofa was named one of 300 people in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2017 for the E-Commerce and Retail category by the worldwide business magazine Forbes in April 2017. Even if her age in the corporate world is still young, this is a recognition she is proud of. Along with other business moguls such as Vivy Yusof, Sasha Tan, Edmund Ooi, Victor Chua, and others, she was among the top 10 people featured in the magazine's version. Neelofa was also chosen to represent Malaysia in Program Delegasi Belia Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (UNDP) and was asked to participate on a panel at the Misk-UNDP Youth Forum 2017 in New York. On 14 May 2019, she was revealed as the first woman to grace the billboards of the renowned jewellery accessory company Swarovski in Malaysia. Neelofa was also nominated for 6

a significant international prize, the Influencer Awards 2019 in Monaco, in the entrepreneur category, which is regarded the finest platform to grow its empire. She was also a special guest at the Swarovski Crystal Wonderland Party, which took place in Milan on September 21 in connection with Milan Fashion Week. Apart from being named an independent director by Air Asia and a Muslimah Card ambassador by Bank Rakyat, Neelofa made history when she was named the ambassador of the worldwide luxury cosmetics brand Lancôme, making her the first Muslim woman to be designated ambassador for such a global company. According to a Celebstrending study, the estimated worth of Neelofa's assets is $ 67 million, based on an analysis of her income, vehicle assets, real estate, lifestyle, and other factors.

CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY Neelofa has founded Pertubuhan Kasih Neelofa, her first philanthropic organisation. In reality, this endeavour motivates many people to help others in need while also claiming a piece of the afterlife. This endeavour, according to Neelofa, owner of the Naelofar clothing line, is the finest platform for her to interact with the entire community. Pertubuhan Kasih Neelofa, Community, and Underprivileged Assistance are the three primary thrusts of Neelofa, which strives to aid the community. She also founded the Neelofa Resource Love Company, which is responsible for generating revenue to support the Pertubuhan Kasih Neelofa.

CONCLUSION In conclusion, Neelofa's achievement might serve as motivation for us to continue to develop. Despite being dogged by scandal, which is par for the course in the entertainment world, Neelofa refuses to give up and continues to pursue achievement after triumph. Neelofa is comfortable managing her business and career as a representative for her products as well as showing herself as a top corporate leader due to her creative thinking and ability to seize chances.
