1. ANSWER Affidavit of self-Adjudication is where you declares that you are the only heir of the deceased person. Carlo executed an Affidavit of Self-adjudication without the knowledge of his Brothers. Carlo committed a crime under article 172 of R.P.C or the falsification of Public, Official or Commercial document by private individual. Carlo made an untruthful statement in narration of facts which makes him liable. As a prosecutor, In order to prove his guilt, I will present the Birth certificate of the Three brothers. Proving that there are three Legitimate children of the deceased person. Lastly, to support my evidence I will summon a witness which is their closest relatives to prove that they are siblings. With that evidence it can be proved that Carlo is guilty without reasonable doubt.
