We have received your request for repairs on your bike under the one- year warranty, and your bike was sent to the Bike World Inc. mechanic for inspection. The mechanic found that 10W30 oil with leaded gasoline had been used causing the engine to fail. The contract that was signed upon your purchase of the Benson 500 motorcycle states that, “two cycle engine oil and unleaded gasoline must be used” in order for the warranty to be in effect. Therefore, the repairs will not be covered under the one-year warranty for this reason. If you wish to repair your bike, our mechanic can make repairs for $235.
