As you may know, after each drive, Uber riders have the opportunity to rate their driver from 1 to 5 stars. These ratings provide constructive feedback to our drivers so that they can ensure you have the best experience possible. As a result, Uber has seen the following improvements: ● Reduced wait times. ● Greater driver compliance with Uber’s safety guidelines. ● Identification and termination of drivers who do not comply with Uber community standards. When it comes to safety and experience, we at Uber believe that our work is never done. We have decided to extend our rating system so that drivers can now rate customers as well. At this time, your rider rating does fall below ideal standards. There is ample opportunity for you to raise your star rating however, Uber does reserve the right to deactivate your account for a maximum of 6 months if improvements are not made. We understand that this change may seem sudden to you, so we would like to offer you a permanent discount. A 5% permanent discount will be applied to your account once you reach and maintain a 3-star rating. Your safety is important to us; it takes the utmost precedence and relies on a mutually agreeable driverpassenger relationship.
