Those laws are preventing us from showing our true self. Our true self brings out our creative abilities. Chapter 2 This is about starting into the business and making business decisions. These business decisions reside around being creative. Orbiting which is responsible creativity. This type of creativity is one which you developed outside of the company, meaning the company didn’t necessarily provide you with the ideas. Instead, you developed your own ideas, that still support the company’s mission. Chapter 3 I think this chapter was about settling into the company hall mark. At this point developing product lines that goes with J.K policy. Mr. McCloskey is the one guy that was so talented, he had a sense of mission and also a customer-oriented vision. He would work very hard to create a line of product that the customers loved and to also have it being profitable. Chapter 4 This is about growth, developing into someone independent while still apart of the Hall mark organization. Gordon was responsible for tracking new ideas and ensuring that they are effective. Follow his instincts and work towards his own mission while accomplishing that of the company....
