Directions In this course you will be required to prepare a case brief using U.S. v. King, 990, F.2d 1552 (10th Cir.(N.M.) 1993). Please click on the Word document icon to open the case (it is also located in Blackboard):

You will be required to complete and submit a section of the brief each week (except Week 4) using the FIRAC method (Facts, Issue, Rule, Analysis, Conclusion). Each week you will receive detailed feedback from your instructor on your submission. In Week 7.5 you will submit the final case brief. Your case brief must be submitted in a Word document and use Times New Roman, 12-point font.
