Take notice that under the provision of the Public Health Act Cap 281. The Public Health Act (Building) rules, part IV for temporary building and rules made there under and subsequent council resolution. The authority HEREBY REQUIRES YOU WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS to remove your facility from the day of service of this notice because of nuisance arising from this temporary facilities unsightliness and disfigurement as required by the Town Council amenities Act.
