The author understands that there is diversity, age and population on the campus, but to generalize the data it does not take into account of students experience beforehand. Generally, this article can be useful to students studying in QCD210 as this offers a valued source for the literature review and as well as in assessments in faculty. The article was reasonably short and easy to read and an useful literature on the relationship between diversity and leadership development on campus. Collier, D. In addition to the evidence from the table the author Collier and Rosch carried out studies in the field to framework their discussion and persuasive argument on leadership program between international and domestic students.
