Why did you assess yourself for “Cognitive Complexity” where you did? Explain your reasoning examples from the textbook and/or personal experience. I can articulate my belief system and identify problems and issues with my personal values but sometimes I have issues figuring out personal limitations sometimes because I am nice and like to help people. Why did you assess yourself for “Internal Belief System” where you did? Explain your reasoning examples from the textbook and/or personal experience. I am able to express my core values and I have the ability to be consistent with my core values but sometimes I am uncomfortable acknowledging my mistake because I am either just shy or don’t want to admit it. Why did you assess yourself for “Team Membership” where you did? Explain your reasoning examples from the textbook and/or personal experience. I can excel with identifying group values if they are ethical or unethical. I can also make good experience for the group by being positive. I am also able to confront conflict to better align individual and group’s values for all members.

I usually behave in a manner consistent with beliefs. Sometimes, I do struggle with voicing my opinions in situations that are congruent with my beliefs. Sometimes, I just am shy or unable to speak up because I don’t want backlash....
