Sim-Bio Answer Sheet -What pattern would you expect to see if the differences were primarily due to the predators? What pattern would you expect to if the differences were primarily due to the environment? What pattern(s) might you see if there was an interaction between the predators and the environment?   

I would see a slight difference in the amounts of spots average cause some predators have a better capacity to consume more preys I would see a slight difference in the number of spots due to the environment just because some environments have less places where preys can hide It Would depend on the type of predator and type of environment. Some predators are better suited for specific environments. They are better able to thrive in them and thus be able to to catch more prey

What general conclusion about the factors shaping spot numbers in guppies can you derive? -LWS Experiment described the observation more than the LES Experiment. The change in the number of was higher in LWS Experiment. It had a change of 0.254 as opposed to the other experiment having a change of -0.004. The main factors that affect the number of spots would have to the type of predator in the environment as opposed to the type of environment the predator Is in....
