So, Tesla is a company who had a very hard time at the starting, with no background experience about the automobile. Elon Musk started the company with one car but he didn’t made that car cheap so that it can be available for everyone rather he targeted the richer buyers and as the expensive cars bring higher profit he build the company from that money. Later he bought the battery company to build the cars for cheaper. Furthermore, many cars in the tesla lineup shares same parts for example model 3 and Y shares 75 percent of the parts so, its again makes the price of the cars lower.
