Research Questions

Area: Training and Development

Focus: Behavioural Training – How behavioural training can aid workers to improve their perceived performance Aspect: In the Automotive Industry, looking at Renault UK’s training. Last year I worked in the Network Training team at Renault UK hence focus. I have contacts of those who develop, deliver and manage Renault training events and hope to combine research for both my academic use and for the benefit of Renault.

1. To what extent does the trainee feel that the behavioural training has improved their knowledge and skill base 2. How much do they feel that the training will help improve their overall performance at work? 3. Has the behavioural training given the delegate new ideas or ways to operate that could improve their performance? For example, their time organisation/efficiency or the ways they act to increase customer retention?
