Description

An introvert in Feelings and Intuition Extrovert thinking Yesterday I took the Jungian test, a personality test from Humanmetrics. I make myself relax and calm during the trial. After one hour, the result was coming. My personality type is INTJ. The test tells me that I am an introvert, intuitive, strong personality, and stable, focus on details, and equal. This means that in business and school, I like to I also confident and tend to perfectionist, but I easy to help anyone in my circumstances. The most I like is that INTJ knows what they need and what they want in their life. Based on the Jungian test (humanmetrics.com), I enjoy developing unique solutions to complex problems. This is also mean in business and school I am http://www.humanmetrics.com/personality/intj-type?EI=-19&SN=-44&TF=12&JP=6

Yesterday I took the Jungian test, the personality test from Humanmetrics (n.y). I made myself relaxed and calm during the test. After an hour, the results came. My personality type is INTJ. (Introverted iNtuitive Thinking Judging. The test told me that I am an introverted, intuitive, strong personality, and stable. This means that in business and school, I often stay away from the crowd, so I can concentrate on doing work at school and work.

My profile also focuses on details and equals, meaning that in business and school environments I pay attention or seek the slightest information in making decisions, for example when choosing courses in one term. in the business environment, I also treat my colleagues regardless of skin color and religion

What I like best is that INTJs know what they need and what they want in their lives, meaning that at school I have drawn my path, and have determined when I need to level up my business skills. I. Based on the Jungian test (humanmetrics.com), I enjoy developing unique solutions to

complex problems. It also means that in business and school I always think outside the box, looking for the most possible solutions but also thinking on the creative side.

The opponent of the INTJ is ESFP (Extraverted Sensing Feeling Perceiving). According to Crystalknows.com (n.y), INTPs are intellectuals while ESFPs are entertainers. ENFP personality type "tend to be friendly, opportunistic, and supportive in their behavior. They usually go with the flow of things. They love parties and are often the center of attention" ((Crystal - INTJ and ESFP Relationship, n.d.) y). It means they love attention wherever they are, and they also moderate, seeking profit for themselves.

I know someone with the ESFP type. He is my co-worker. He loves to look and talk as if he is the best in the office. He also frequently approaches me for help with office work while he goes out to lunch with other friends. This person is less sensitive to the common good. He talks a lot but acts little. Some of my co-workers always avoid it because they feel they are often used. I don't think of my friend as a bad person. It's just that he might be a bad influence in our office.

On the other hand, I have also experienced problems at work. This has to do with the perceptions or actions of other people towards us. I am often seen as weird for expressing something that they don't make sense. People in my office often leave me alone, they know I like to work in silence. If they call me but I don't answer, they know I'm concentrating. Meanwhile, I was close to being transferred because of an argument with my boss. I refuted the theory he put forward

and he felt challenged, while I was thought to be ignorant. He yelled at me in front of my colleagues and said that I was arrogant and ignorant.

This is a problem. They thought I was arrogant and less sociable. They once said that I was very suitable for living in the forest. As a result of all this, they avoided helping me and left me in teamwork. Finally, my performance scores dropped. This made me do self-reflection. I may be too engrossed in myself and tend to avoid interactions. I am also overly confident in the knowledge I have. In my personality type, I am rated as a perfectionist and weak in socializing, but strong in logic. It's not that I don't care because I happily help my co-workers when they have a hard time.

Learning Emotional Intelligence is very important because it is closely related to our personality. From this lesson, I came to know how I should behave, how to show our emotional side positively. We are indeed born with our personalities. Studying EI allows us to learn to manage and even utilize our personalities to improve our careers and quality of life.

After studying EI and personality types, and flashbacks to past events, I understand the common thread; that we can build a better interaction with these two weapons. When describing a strategy, I would do three things: first, classify the weaknesses, strengths, challenges, and opportunities of my personality type. For example, when I am faced with a difficult situation, try to talk to people who have faced such situations. If I run into an ENSF, I might take him out for lunch together. Knowing people's personalities more deeply can determine the right steps in interacting. Second, seek help. Nobody is perfect. Seeking help is a strength, not a weakness

((Asking for Help Is a Strength, Not a Weakness, 2017, 03:15-05:21). The point is, don't bear the burden alone. For example, I might ask the team for help to strengthen our work. If I find a competing partner, I will lower my level to speak up and come up with my opinion.

Lastly, practice. Practice makes perfect. The more we experience various personality types, the more we can improve and develop our personalities. To do this, we need to look back at the first strategy. For example, when we find out that we are weak in socializing, we can find someone to advise on how to socialize well, then start practicing socializing. After that, we'll see if we've succeeded, if so, keep it up. Cross this weakness off the list. And so on.
