Walmart Values Come Under Scrutiny Over the years, Walmart has been a multinational corporation that has served people in various countries for a while now. The retail corporation has achieved over 15000 retail stores all over the world (Courtemanche et al, 2019). However, with this increased number of retail stores, the company has suffered challenges that have affected its service manner to its customers. According to the second chapter titled "Walmart's Values Come Under Scrutiny", it is evident that the corporation has suffered problems. The main problem is that the organization has not been able to give any form of help in their normal work routine or reward for a good performance done by the employers. Corporations that fail to reward their employees often suffer from loss of productivity due to the employees' low work morale. Therefore, the lack of support from the corporation's overall management led to low work satisfaction. From the above challenge, the best solution to the problem is that the corporation should reward its employees for any improvement noted at work. This will assist in increasing the productivity of the company. The corporation should also look at the employees' interests including their expectations, values and cares about work. The corporation should look at the benefits and aim to increase them to motivate the employees to work at their full potential. However, it should be noted that most organizations or corporations tend to perform best when some optimistic beliefs and attitudes can motivate the employees.
