Why Drinking Water is Important to our health. Definition: Water is a substance made of the compound component's hydrogen and oxygen and existing in vaporous, fluid, and healthy states. It is one of the most abundant and fundamental of mixes. A dull and unscented fluid at room temperature has a significant capacity to break up numerous different substances.

General-purpose: our body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because our body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water.

Thesis statement: Three reasons why water is so essential to our health? Water is vital because it helps us lose weight; it helps us fight off illness and maximizing physical performance.

Body paragraph 1: First, water is an integral part of all body functions and processes, including digestion and elimination. When you are on a diet, water also acts as a weight-loss aid because it can help you eat less. Drinking water is essential during weight loss because it provides hydration without unwanted calories. Body paragraph2: Second, drinking water can help prevent certain conditions such as constipation, kidney stones, exercise-induced asthma, urinary tract infection, and hypertension. Water also helps absorb essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients from your food, which will increase your chances of staying healthy. Dehydration is the result of your body not having enough water. And because water is imperative to so many bodily functions, dehydration can be extremely dangerous. So, that is why we should drink water.

Bodyparagraph3: It helps maximize physical performance because drinking plenty of water during physical activity is essential.
