1-3 Word Planning Process After carefully going over all the Milestones and the rubric for the Final Project, I would say that I do not have major questions regarding the steps I will be taking to complete the final product. In this case, the audience for the letter would be the New Hampshire Business Products (NHBP). I understand that to get a clear and perfect result when writing my business letter; I have to take into consideration factors such as having proper grammar, punctuation, and, last but not least, I have to make sure that the spacing is correct. Another aspect to consider is the format in which I would say the Block Format should be used because it is the one mostly used for business letters. Finally, I would say ensuring the letter itself is clear enough and descriptive in providing NHBP with the necessary details. When it comes to business and closing important deals, which in this case would be with NHBP, we must keep in mind that the tone in which we refer to the audience is confident, clear and sincere. NHBP must feel and know that our interest will always be their well-being and growth as a company; therefore, closing any deal with us would be the best decision they can make. Lastly, I believe that focusing on areas would help them understand the crucial aspects of the analysis provided to NHBP....
