2 In taking the big five personality traits, I scored high (45/50) on conscientiousness and (41/50) on agreeableness. I scored moderately high (39/50) on extraversion, and (30/50) on openness. The lowest was score I had received was (21/50) neuroticism. On the self-assessment I scored a 44. The thing that surprised me the most was scoring moderately high on extraversion. This surprised me because I do have a difficult time sometimes being in public and chatting with people. I had shared the results with my boyfriend, and he had thought the same thing as I. Now that I can see that I am somewhat of an extrovert, I feel more confident in speaking with people and getting myself out there. Completing these assessments allowed me to discover things about myself that I had no idea existed within my limits. I can use all the assessment results to better myself throughout the course by being more productive and continue to be organized. I can use these skills in my future career of becoming a Healthcare Administrator by being open, conscientious, talkative, and trusting....
