KINE 270 Example Data Sheet Aerobic Group: Connor, Stephen, Clay, D’Asja, Bailey Pacer Test Date Administered: Name: Kylie Cook Age: 21 Gender: Female Levels Completed: 31 Rank/Percentile: Poor Norms:
1.Describe today’s fitness test. Include the basic instructions and the equipment used. The equipment used was cones for marking the area, a phone to play the pacer test (we found one on youtube), and a large enough area to perform the test (we used the track). 2.Briefly describe the developmental activities that today’s group had the class complete. There was not a developmental activity in the powerpoint; I only saw a cool down which was a brief walk around the track. a. How does the activity tie into the group’s component of fitness? Since the Pacer test is a high activity running exercise, a good cool down would have been A walk to lower the heartrate and get the body acclimated back to its normal resting phase. 3.What was one thing that you learned today? One thing I learned today was that I am way worse at this now than I was in elementary/middle school. Running has always been really hard for me and if I would like to do it consistently, I need to continue practicing to get my body acclimated to it.
4.Provide constructive feedback to the group. a. What was one thing they executed well? They had a very good explanation of the warm up and gave 2 different options that could have helpe b. What is something they can do to improve next time? Their powerpoint was very basic and did not provide a lot of information. It was very straight to the point with little or no additional information that could have been helpful....
