The system that was created above shows the process in which ordering items from Lost Pines Outfitters is processed. The feedback loop begins with the customer placing an order and ultimately ends and starts over when the customer receives their order and thank you card. the archetypes in this system shows that’s the feedback loop has a steady and trusted pattern of success within how the structural system works. The systems interworking begins with the customer placing an order, the warehouse receives order, an associate pulls order, another associate packages the order along with getting it ready to be mailed out with the tracking information, the customer than receives order, after receiving order

LPO sends a thank you card requesting feedback. With this process the company gains trust with the customer along with possible feedback to improve product and processes in how they operate. An improvement I would make to this system would be placing the thank you card already inside of each order....
