It will be the first thing to do, then we are going to look for the participants on those mistakes, we are talking about departments or maybe specific names of our crew. This is only with the reason to find the mistakes and solve it. It will be a hard job to do, really exhaustive, but it’s part of the plan. We are going to make all this process on an organized way, looking to build a true remarkable structure of data and make it functional for the future of the company self-analytic process. We will keep doing all our process during this search, we can’t stop working meanwhile looking for the mistakes. Everyone in here si going to be on a commitment of making things clear and easy to explain and show, as we said it before, we are not looking for guilty, we are looking for changes and perfection. All this process will be in charge of our GM Bruno Guevara, who with our support will be looking for the best decisions to make. The final part of this process will be the explanation and demonstration of the results that were founded. It is going to be a really long period of time required to get the expected results, but all this effort will be for our own good....
