Reflection. The AY assignment was interesting for me and helpful because I never took the time to sit and think about all this question, looking at the results in each section it seems that there is a lot of areas where I need to work on. Most of my scores were in the risk zone and it makes me realize that I need to work more on myself. It relates to the chapter in many ways but the one that it makes more sense, and I can state that is true is what it states on page 8, figure 1.5 “The determinants of health often overlap with one another. Collectively, they affect the health of individuals and communities” It relates more to my personal experience because these days I have been not taking care of my health and it has affected my family, friends, because I been not feeling motivated and passionate in the things that I loved to do, and this makes all the people that I loved worried, and I make them feel guilty at the same time....
