Be sure that we are at your total disposal for any information or any kind of assistance you might need. Requirements: ▪ Planta Baja: Total area of 2150 sq mt | Rounds for 100 participants Cancun Center offers: ▪ Renting of the meeting facilities. ▪ Furniture required in all session rooms. ▪ Air conditioning during event. ▪ Standard lightning service during event. Important considerations: ▪ Operating hours are from 07:00 hrs. to 22:00 hrs. Any operation performed after this time will be considered as extra hours and will be subject to an additional payment. Only social events are exempt from this condition. ▪ Cancun Center has exclusive rights of food and beverage services. No organizer, exhibitor or person shall bring, distribute or give away any item of food or bever age to visitors within the Venue without prior written approval or quotation from the sales department. ▪ Food and Beverage prices shown in this quotation includes 15% of service. ▪ The percentage of discount mentioned on the total amount of the quotation is applicable only once the event confirms a Food and Beverage minimum consumption of $149,469.48 USD, blocked room contract with Aloft or by contracting audiovisual equipment with the venue. ▪ The price reflected for setup and dismantle days, is 50% of the original value and includes a lighting service of 25% of its capacity without the use of air conditioning. ▪ At the exhibit zone, for the raw space or special design booths, no electrical items, carpet or furniture will be provided. Exhibitor must use heavy duty power cords. For additional information, contact customer service department for quotation. ▪ By Civil Protection orders, events with groups larger than 300 people must have an ambulance service contracted, which will be able from the day of assembly, during the event program and until the disassembly is finished. ▪ According with the Fiscal Stimulus (0% VAT exemption) on Meetings, Conventions and Exhibitions organized by foreign companies in Mexico; in case of a domestic organizer, VAT is 16%. The VAT showed in this quote is based on the current laws in Mexico, which can be modified by authorities anytime, and as a consequence there is a possibility of a change of the final amount.
