Art Of Story Telling I found the video “How to stop shyness in 60 seconds” very helpful in preparation for my humor speech. I was worried about this speech because not everyone finds humor in similar things. There is a wide variety of ways to become more comfortable around people but the three steps in this video were essential for me to do before my speech to make me confident in front of the class. I was able to calm myself down and focus on my speech instead of worrying about my nerves and shyness.
