My goal as a consultant is to help a company understand and intervene in the event of probable operational difficulties or within their work plan. The objective is to improve performance by making company strategies more useful. Determining the factors of the problem is very useful for me to advice that will satisfy my objective towards my client. Knowing the factors of the problem is very crucial I can compare it to a doctor knowing the history and the experience of the patient, for a doctor to give proper diagnosis they need those information same as to a consultant they should know first the factors of the problem to give proper advice.
