Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Angiography, MRI, and CT scan

PATIENT-CENTERED CARE

Nursing Care Obtain patient's health history, Monitor vital signs, check stool and urine for blood, Asess skin for brusing or oozing of blood.

Therapeutic Procedures Endoscopy is the primary procedure to detect GI bleeding
