Reflection Refl ection

1

Monday, November 29th: I started work at 6 p.m. in the evening, and everything went okay at first, but it became quite hectic around 7 p.m. As a floater, I had to sprint up and down the stairs. It was not my usual place of employment, but it was distinct from where I worked as a temporary employee on occasion. Dealing with a heavier client overloaded my back, and my co-workers were also new to the position, so it was difficult for me to adjust.

Because I was not used to working there, I was stressed and found the task substantially more demanding that day. I felt disorganized because I am normally so organized, and I also injured myself by not using safe physical handling skills. This made my day difficult and convinced me not to return to that location. Aside from that, I didn't exhibit any vulnerability to any of my co-workers and continued to work till I completed my task. It made me irritated, and it just affected my family members.

2

Tuesday, November 30: I started my morning shift at 8 a.m. This seemed likely to be a tough day since I was currently suffering from back discomfort and had only gotten 6 hours of sleep the night before. But, fortunately, that was my usual employment, and my co-workers were excellent. That day, I accomplished my task quickly and effectively, thanks to superb collaboration. After work, I had a three-hour training session at work on the implementation of a new information system.

Physically and mentally, I wasn't feeling well in the mornings, but I had to adapt to the changes of surroundings and my responsibilities as a diligent worker. But my attitude shifted there, and I became enthused and energized. I was able to complete my assignment without becoming exhausted because of teamwork. During training, I learned how to use new technologies and had a great time doing it.

Everyone was taken aback at first, but all abruptly canceled. But that was OK; I realize that the job went well that day. the additional regulations are in place to ensure everyone's wellbeing, but face masks and face shields must be worn at job, which is stifling.

At the end of the three days, read the diary and reflect on the following: 

What emotional strengths and weaknesses have you shown?

What personal stressors can you identify (in both your personal and professional life)?

What personal/emotional triggers can you identify? What caused an emotion?

What impact did your feelings have on you, and how did you handle them?

Record your reflection in the table below: (200-250 words in total) Strengths
