Description

The process that link up the communication from one country to another country by socially, economically, politically & technologically is known as globalization. As a result of improved IT sector & transportation system globalization has increased vastly. It has a great contribution to many organizations for doing business worldwide. For instance, a renowned brand “Coca-Cola” is operating the business worldwide because of this globalization. Different stakeholders of cocacola are getting opportunities doing their operations largely by the concept of this globalization. Coca-Cola is a very popular brand across the world for the outstanding innovative drinks offered by them. Just like all other companies Coca-Cola is also facing all the five challenge trends but the company is dealing all these challenges very smartly to run their operations smoothly. But they are focusing mainly greater personalization & customization. While they are increasing their demand for the new customers as well as the customers they already have. They are offering nowadays sport drinks such as: powerade; Waters such as: Dasani, Ciel & Glacèau vitaminwater; Sparkling such as: Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta with variety of flavors; Juices such as: Simply Orange, Del Valle & Minute Maid (The Saylor Foundation, 2013). They are trying to offer the best service as they are arranging robotic service for proving advanced service to the customers (cocacolaindia, 2015). They are also giving concentration in developing packaging for an example, “The Gift Bottle”, “Coke Ice Bottle”, “Coke Share Can” (Jenkins, 2015). So, CocaCola is improving its performances with the new thoughts thus they are not stuck in a position.

As a solution trends, Coca-Cola is focusing on increasing their collaboration ability. They are trying to save time by creating advanced machines. They are investing a lot to produce different types of drinks in a machine to fulfill their mass customers’ expectations very easily & quickly (Ackerman & Padilla, 2012). Again, The Company believes that collaboration represents much more than communication. So, The Company is trying hard to understand the customers’ expectations based on their affordability, choices, regions & so on. Coca-Cola is operating their business worldwide so communication gap can mass up their whole operation. This is why the company always incorporates their ideas, goals, customers’ needs, services, employee performances together & satisfies all these by innovative ideas. By creating collaboration across space & time, The Company is leading across the world actually. In-order-to capitalize on the trends Coca-Cola Company need to focus on experimentation among the five blocks of learning organization. Research & development can help the organization to run their operations very effectively. Experiments give the opportunity to get the best idea for structuring an incentive program. The Company also believes that only experiments can give them advanced & effective solution. Thus, Coca -Cola has established Center of Global Operations which is a part of its headquarters (The Saylor Foundation, 2013). This center is working for developing all new business plans with a lot of researches & experiments. Finally, this is mentionable that increasing demand for personalization & customization making the situation more complex but using collaboration technique & experiments could be an appropriate solution to cope up this situation effectively. The most successful brand Coca-Cola is doing the same thing. Where, there is a problem there is a solution. We just need to find out the solution to face the challenge efficiently.
