Bad News Scenario As the Business Manager of Last Bus you have been alerted by the Hong Kong government about overcrowding on buses to the Peak and the long waiting time. You have also read letters of complaint by tourists in the SCMP about the service you provide. Unfavourable reviews have also appeared on Trip Advisor. As a result the government is threatening to withdraw Last Bus’s licence to operate Peak services if it does not improve shortly. Your Task Write a bad news message to your company’s Managing Director, Reg Varney, in the name of Tony Leung. You should inform him of this bad news and suggesting ways (e.g. extra resources) of not losing your licence. You must persuade the Director to continue running the service and to approve the extra resources you need....
