Dear Hiring Manager, I highly recommend that you look at Hao Dai’s cover letter and resume. I believe that this individual would be perfect for the job and no one else is on the same level as Hao. Hao was a colleague back at Syracuse University and is a gifted individual who is more than qualified to be in this program. He has a vast knowledge of chemical engineering and has skills we are lacking in the program. He is as hardworking as I am, is great to work with in a team, and has a long list of accomplishments in the past such as:   

Hao is fresh out of college and is eager to get started. I suggest we offer him an interview before another program has the chance to seek him out.
