We have chosen to answer these questions individually, and then to collect them together to better reflect the diversity that can exist among us. (1). Visit your social media profile(s). What does your social media profile say about you? Alfonso: in my case, my social networks do not provide too much information about me. i have an account in some of the most used social networks, but i do not use them actively to publish things, but rather passively, to see the content of my friends and people close to me. you can see that i am a young guy, a sportsman, and a university student. Manuel Villar: My social networks do not show a lot of personal information about me. I use Instagram and Twitter as a way to find out about the most current news and updates that my friends upload. In my profile it is possible to see information about my universities and about music. (2). Would it reflect the image of a motivated person with values and with interests and concerns? Alfonso: as i don't use them too much, it may not show fully, but i definitely consider myself a person with a lot of interest in learning, concerns, and values. i think that, rather than showing it on a social network where it can be seen by any stranger, it should be appreciated when you meet the person and interact with them. Manuel Villar: My interests are very clear, I love music and everything that surrounds it. I like to travel around the world with my family and friends. Always learning and looking for new challenges (3). Does it reflect the future global leader you want to be? Alfonso: I am not sure that my social networks fully reflect the kind of leader I want to be in the future, but as I say, I believe that this should be reflected in personal and close relationships, whether with your friends and family, in a job interview, or in your day-to-day life. these platforms should not be so important, as they are very easy to manipulate. Manuel Villar: I do not think that my social networks the characteristics of what a leader should be. A leader is born and made. Throughout my life, I am constantly learning and accepting new challenges that can provide me with the necessary experience to become a business leader in the future. (4). Which social networks would you share with your potential prospective employer? Alfonso: i think my instagram doesn't say too much about me. there are only nice pictures, but very common nowadays. that's why i think it would be a good idea for you to see my twitter account, where i share things that i find funny. i think that through a sense of humour you can show a lot, and you can connect strongly with other people. Manuel Villar: I believe that Twitter would be the social network that is closest to what is proposed. With this social network it is possible to delve deeper into

each person and have a clearer idea of each person. Instagram would not be an option because it is a social network more focused on photography

(5). How would you choose to promote yourself globally, now and in the future?

Alfonso: For that kind of purpose, I think certain social networks can be extremely useful. for example, LinkedIn or Glassdoor are focused on connecting employers with job seekers. I think if I wanted to promote myself in that sense, it would be a good tool, which would allow me to collect my academic achievements, along with my work experience, my tastes and inclinations and my concerns. Manuel Villar: From my point of view I think that the best option is LinkedIn since it is focused on connecting companies and employees to find the job or the workers that best suit your business idea, as well as strengthening your professional relationships and having new ones experiences and skills...
