Procedure: Radiofrequency ablation of accessory pathway successfully performed Assessment: Apical pulse 160, Temp 38.6, RR 22, restlessness and anxious.

3) Knowledge deficit regarding WPM diagnosis and new medication. Goal: the client will be equipped with appropriate information needed for self-care
