So, the CQ test I’ve done gave me a result of High CQ. Cultural intelligence means the ability to cross divides and thrive in multiple cultures. Getting a high score impressed me because it made me feel kind of developed, since in the future many organizations will promote for CQ. On the other hand, living in Canada is such a great opportunity for me and many other people to work on developing their CQ. We tend to deal with many cultures everywhere and this definitely helps us understand the other cultures without even leaving the country. The test made me realise how having friends from different origins and different background could be helpful in understanding other cultures....
