Imma just take the easy way out and drink hella smoothies, teas, and eat locally grown fruits/ probably meal prep like a few meals in the books and do detox for 4 weeks. A *Liver detox stands for 3,7, or 21 day program. Body system takes 90 days (3 months) or you can microdose a 1-2 week detox according to the book. Adopting the Alkaline Diet Effectively… microdosing alkaline -

Drink water (8-10 glasses keep the body filtered)

Avoid tea/coffee/soda to avoid acid buildup

Relax and breath for 5 minutes/yoga
