Meet Your New Teacher! Dear Parents, Hello! My name is Mrs. Samantha Huynh and I am excited to lead your children in my class. I would like to begin by introducing myself. I am currently attending Ashford University to earn a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I have two years of experience with teaching young children and wish to acquire more. I live in Atlantic Beach with my husband, two-year-old son, a kitty named Luna, and Taz the hamster. This year will be a great one as we have many new, thrilling educational activities to try! Kindergarten is an interesting year as students learn about independence and self-perception. The curriculum I will be using this year is from Kindergarten Lifestyle, a curriculum created by teachers, for teachers. Here at Bright Horizons Early Learning, we invite parents to participate in any activities or events as scheduled: Rubber Ducky Toss - January 25th, 2020 @ 4:30 p.m. in the gymnasium Valentine’s Day Card Crafting - February 8th, 2020 @ 4:00 p.m. in the cafeteria Museum Trip - February 17th, 2020 @ 10 a.m. For the next month, I am excited about the museum trip as we will be attending a seminar about the U.S. presidents in observance of President’s Day.
