REVIEW from PART 1 >> we watched in class…. 20:48 -- What does TOFI stand for? Thin on the outside, fat on the inside 29:55 -- T/F Unstable blood sugar levels prevent mood swings and increase your attention span.

PART 2: BLENDED >>> January 31, 2022 42:29-- Why is it hard for Damon to feel full/satisfied when eating MORE than he did

People want this feeling back, so they keep on eating sugar. Sugar is capable of a lot and therefore it can be very controlling. People also love the taste of candy and if they had the same health facts I think a lot more people would choose a piece of cake over a salad. So yes, sugar is very addictive and hard to stop eating. 1:21-- When it comes to calorie intake what is most important? Thinking about the different calorie intakes per person. Although, he switched to eating the same amount of sugar he would eat in a healthy meal and changed it so it is now just straight sugar. Because of this he gained a lot of weight and is now in an unhealthy state. Therefore, sugar is okay, but when used in healthy ways....
