EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Bcookies is a new business that strived to be recognized by the public to increase its selling performance. Facebook is one of the platforms that are mainly used by Bcookies to connect with customers by providing information about the product to sell it. The nature of this business is known as the food industry or more precisely, snacks. It is known as brownie cookies to customers.
Due to the current pandemic that we are facing is one of the reasons why we are involved in this industry and online. Therefore, we chose the food industry as people tend to search and don't mind spending money on food as long as their craving would be satisfied. To ensure that our business transaction is more convenient, we decided to sell our product online. Hence, there would be minimum physical interaction.
A lot of knowledge and creativeness can be implied by using Facebook. By continuously making posts on our page enables us to learn how to share information and market our product effectively. The posting consists of teaser, hard sell and soft sell. Moreover, Facebook has the ability to show us the amount of engagement we received for the particular post. This can help us improve our posting style to boost the selling of the brownies cookies.

2.0 INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS
Bcookies.co was established in 2021 and offered scrumptious brownies cookies to their customers. The packaging came in two sizes, medium and large. We ensure our product to be of good quality and safe to eat. Bcookies.co are owned by Hanis Nadhirah bt Mohd Jani and are located in Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Cheras, Selangor. Since we are new, there are only me and my assistant as workers for bcookies.co.
Bcookies.co is an online business and mainly uses Facebook as a platform to sell and promote the product. To purchase the product, customers can leave a message on our Facebook page. We provide delivery service, postage and customers can also self pick up our product depending on their liking.
As we are obligated to comply with the regulation of minimizing physical contact by the Government, our customers are advisable to make payment using online banking unless under certain unavoidable circumstances. To ensure proper hygiene during baking of brownies cookies, we put on gloves and maintain the cleanliness of our utensils daily.

Bcookies.co is a new business. Therefore, we only have two workers at the moment, the owner and her assistant.

2.3 MISSION & VISION Mission statement is an approach or guideline of how a company wants to achieve the goals in its vision statement. It is the epitome of the purpose of the business. Vision statement is a long-term objective of a company that usually requires a time frame of more than five years.

2.4 DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
Brownies cookies are snacks that are quite familiar in Malaysia. We named our product bcookies.co as it is catchy and easier to remember. It is made from high quality ingredients to ensure customer’s satisfaction. We use high quality butter and dark chocolate. Our brownies cookies come with two different sizes of packaging. Medium size consists of 45 to 50 pieces of cookies while the big size has 75 to 80 pieces of cookies.

Our brownies cookies can be consumed by someone as young as four year old to adults. It is not too sweet. Hence, it is suitable with Malaysian’s taste. The packaging is made out of plastic containers which makes it easier for anyone to carry it around such as for vacation or picnic. We aim to make our brand recognisable worldwide.

4.0 CONCLUSION
In a nutshell, bcookies.co is a new online business that mainly uses online platforms such as Facebook to market our brownies cookies. These platforms really help the growth of our product by frequent posting and taking advantage of their ads services. For the most part, the postings are about the ingredients used, packaging, customer feedbacks and daily quotes to attract customers. For those people who just embark on their journey to open up a business, social platforms such as Facebook can be put to good use to market and advertise their product. By using Facebook’s ad, our product and its information will be advertised to potential customers all around the country. That being the case, we will be able to communicate with them without any difficulties. Furthermore, posting and advertising on Facebook is very economical and does not burn a hole in our pocket but boost up our sales tremendously.
With the convenience of having a lot of users from all around the world, we can expand our product’s market without a hitch all over Malaysia. By using delivery couriers such as Poslaju or Lalamove, we can easily distribute our product to the customers. Our main area, Cheras, also has the perk of having repetitive and loyal customers that strengthen our small business. Hence, completing this portfolio encourages me to acknowledge the struggles and understand the mind of an entrepreneur. I learned and developed new skills such as graphic and communication skills which will come in handy when I graduate....
