1. What was the trigger that decided Alexis to create his own company? His daughter was 11 when she started looking for a lipstick, Alexis tried to buy an organic one, but he couldn’t find it. He noticed that there were a lot of woman in search for more organic makeup products, but there was no availability of them in the market. There was also the philosophy, big brands think that make up is all about seduction but most of the time is all about feeling strong and confident and not so much about sensuality. He felt he could change that. He created a type of forum so to know what exactly people wanted in terms of the products, the packages, even the name was choose by and for feminist strong women. So, he decided to create the company because of: - Feminism: all about feeling strong, feeling influential - Environment: the formula of the products, the ingredients is important. 2. What are the two main consumer segments targeted by All Tigers? Two dimensional: In general, is all about conscious consumers, consumer that care and are interested in knowing what is behind the products. They can be from any generation (from 25-55 years), but usually they are divided into 2 steps target, because it’s the two steps live: - Younger generations that want to know what is behind - Older target: women that are transitioning to a healthier version because of their kids, Covid-19… 3. What concrete actions is All Tigers taking to act on values? Firstly, he has conducted interviews of influential woman that are entrepreneurs or activists for a specific project. We can find all of them in the website of the company. At the same time, it’s a very active company on Instagram. They always try to bring profound reflections about makeup, not so much about superficial topics such as seduction or smiling, but much deeper in terms of values. All that to inspire the consumers with message about determination and being strong by themselves. Also, on Instagram we can find some quotes or profiles of influential woman that they think are inspiring. Moreover, they support NGO. More specifically, a local program in India for the tiger conservation. This program is conducted by woman and it goes further than just the conservation of only tigers, but the conservation of all the ecosystem. Furthermore, they use the social media platform to vehicle discussions about political aspects, new laws because they want to be present in to the political aspects of daily lives. Finally, they are committed about the sourcing suppliers for the natural ingredients they use in the formulas of the products. They only use materials in the products that are recycled and sustainable....
