After 15 years of hard work, we have noticed in our annual reports that there is a significant decrease in the percentage of errors in our production processes. With these favorable numbers, we are candidates to apply for an important quality certification that will position our enterprise as best in our sector. To make this possible, the following month, starting on October 5 th, we will have a department evaluation.

First of all, you should know that this event must require an extra effort of each area to optimize each activity in order to get an extraordinary grade for the evaluation. Because of the certification requirement, the following areas will be examined:      

Raw materials inventory Product design Manufacturing Finished product warehouse Production planning Quality control

Secondly, to improve processes will have a good impact, will simplify and accelerate repetitive activities. Each area must continue maintaining and improving their work. Thirdly, all your ideas or comments are always welcome. We are looking for ideas to reduce time on the supply chain or costs within the evaluation, so, there will be incentives for those who can innovate.

Lastly, we ask you to deliver weekly reports to measure each area’s performance and analyze if there is a possible modification in our processes or capacitation we can implement. In addition, we will be interviewing each employee, as well with immediate feedback to each area that we get to monitor. With this, we are intending to reach those opportunity areas in order to see which from the six areas we have to work on more. If we succeed as a company, we will have more business opportunities that can help us to get an important grow and a potential scope in which everyone would benefit.
