The business graudate scheme seemed an ideal way to gain invaluable experience, to learn the way that Ford works and to work alongside professionals in the organisation. By rotating in the departments and roles such as digital experience, operations and risk management, I can really learn what my skills are good and and what drives me. But what really drove me to apply was working for Ford, and more specifically Ford credit bank. Working for a global company, with a strong diverse, family orientated culture is ideal for me. I want to work for a company that I can about and can feel at home with. I am a self-motivated individual, shown by this summer where I worked at the IES as a events and marketing intern alongside completing FastFutures, a 3 month business skills programme. I want to learn as much as I can, and while I speak Turkish I would love to learn one of the lanuages desirable for the job to improve myself. Also teamwork is something I genuinely enjoy, from being in teams during my sports teams and past experience I really cherise the ability to work towards a common goal with others.
