Journal Entry Collaborative & Communication Working in the sales and marketing field one of the things that we do is working a group for the success of the campaign. We must be able to collaborate and come up with a plan that will be the finest for the entire campaign. There were several teams that worked together there was a team that created the script, a team that created and worked closely with the calling agents, and the team that followed through on the leads. All the teams worked together with great collaboration and positive attitudes. This definitely influence the amount of time that we spent on this task because we worked as a team. Some key aspects of good collaboration are the team leaders working together to create a plan. Taking that plan on as a team and putting the plan into place. Not only was it important to have good collaboration, it was also important to have good communication. In this instance having effective communication gave us the opportunity to have great collaboration. We were able to work as a team on this campaign and it was successful. Different learning and intelligence styles affect collaboration. In the sales and marketing field working with you're calling agents it's important to know what their learning style is because many times you have more than one agent on the phone. One of the things that we did as new hires is gave them a test that told us what they're learning, and intelligence styles were. Knowing what each person's learning and intelligent styles are is very important not only to the success of the team, but to the success of the campaign.

2 My overall learning objective for from next topic was do understand the importance of collaboration and communication. This was a key takeaway for me because this is something that I've done in my current role and something I will do after graduation....
