Part A This organisation strives to achieve max profit by selling food, as well as fast delivery all across the world. The organisation has buildings across the world, it is international, its placed in easy to go spots making it more wanted to the customer. Part B Billboards that advertise the company, McDonalds. They open new markets in order to receive more customers, therefore more profit. This company also utilizes technology so people can easily order online. Training activities are also provided for staff to enable perfect customer service. Part C Suppliers and contractors are used to advertise in billboards. While the management of the organisation allow it to expand, internal project members provide training for the staff and other personnel within the department utilize tech for profit.
