Hello, I understand you are starting an advertising company called MilleniAds. I would recommend PC based computers to help you stay under your budget. You will get more for your money with this option, and they are very versatile computers. You will want Windows 10 Professional on each of these computers along with Microsoft Office 365, this is a software suite that includes several programs that are essential for everyday business. This software includes Microsoft Access which is a database software that you could use to create and modify your inventory along with sales and customer information. You can also easily encrypt Microsoft Access to keep your customers’ and your information private. Along with this software you will have access to Microsoft Onedrive. This is a cloud-based storage that is accessible from any device anywhere in the world, all that is required is an internet connection. This would be a very user-friendly option to share files between yourself and your employees. Additionally, Microsoft Office also includes Microsoft Word, Microsft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Word can be used to write letters and notes, Excel can be used to keep records and to perform autonomous arithmetic for finances, and PowerPoint can be used to make presentations for staff and potential investors. Your graphic design employees will need Adobe InDesign, this is a very important software for graphic designers. There are many different hardware options that would meet your company’s needs. Though many employees will be able to use mobile devices for the majority of the work, I would recommend that each employee have a desktop computer in the office for them to use. Mobile devices have come a long way, but still are not capable of completely replacing a desktop computer. Your graphic design employees will require a much more powerful Desktop than the rest of your staff. I would recommend a desktop computer with an intel i7 processor, 16GB of Ram, SSD storage, and a compatible video card with at least 2GB VRAM. This will ensure that

they will not be limited by the capabilities of their computer. Every employee will also have to have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers for their computer. Your company will also require high quality printers to produce physical copies of your products for your clients. I would recommend purchasing a minimum of two of these printers “Brother HL-L8360CDW”. This printer is capable of printing 33 pages per minute. I would highly recommend making sure you have more than one in case one breaks, or your company has multiple projects going on. Ensuring you have a good network at the office is very important since graphic design files can be very large. Ideally Your company will purchase an internet package from a provider in your area that provides at least 150Mbps. If the internet company does not provide a modem or router then you will need to purchase those, and you will also need to purchase a 16-port switch to be able to connect each computer and printer using ethernet cables. You will likely bundle your internet and phone under one plant. Along with that you will need a phone for each employee you will need to get in contact with regularly that is capable of forwarding phone calls. Your company will have to purchase an ethernet cable capable of reaching each desktop and printer from the location that the switch will be located. Mobile networking will also be required if your employees use mobile devices for on the job tasks. I would highly recommend you have a fast, reliable, and unlimited data plan for each member. Your company will also require a good supply of printing paper for your products and ink/toner for the printer to make sure you have a ready supply to fulfill your client’s orders. Additionally, you will need cubicles or desks for your employees along with chairs and other décor to be appeasing to your clients. I look forward to working with you again.
