Laurencio Gerena Professor Dafne Guevara MUH 2019 April 7, 2021 Venue The live virtual concert by Bryson Tiller and team was held a warehouse production site and a local baseball field in Loiusville, Kentucky, USA. The concert was distributed by Momenthouse and its website for profit. Date The virtual concert was held on March 18th and it started at 8:00pm. It was a 45 minute set. What You Saw At the beginning of the concert it started with the cameras focusing on Bryson Tiller coming out of the dugout in the baseball field. When he came out the lights were trained on Bryson Tiller as he started his first record of the set Difference/Let Em’ Know. He performed “Years Go By” off his new album then the video transitioned into Bryson’s ear into the warehouse production. The set had clocks and transitions of thunder and smoke. It was a CGI reinforced set that gave a dark, melancholic and cinematic feel. In the Set, Bryson performed his hits and fan favorites from his first album and his most recent one. Observations and Critique I liked that the concert was held in both a cherished location of Bryson’s hometown and a cool CGI set. Only severe critique I have of the concert was that it was a bit too short and that he could of played more songs from hismost recent album, like “Next To You” or “7:00”. I think that he wanted to make a movie-like concert for his long time fans and I believe he accomplished that. Your Concert Experience I really enjoyed the concert a lot. Its been a couple of years since Bryson has performed live and I was happy he was going to perform live again through Momenthouse. The concert was incredible and I believe it enhance the dark sounds of Bryson’s music and his style....
